Death, Lake of:---a storm-tossed, freshwater lake located in the Black Kingdoms west of Xuchotl. The island of the Ichiribu tribe lies at the center of this huge lake. To the west lie verdant hills, and beyond that lies the bulk of Thunder Mountain. Beneath the lake lies the underground ruins called the "Stone City". (Conan and the Gods of the Mountains)

Duthil:---the village where Conan grew up. Located in the southern regions of Cimmeria, Duthil was destroyed by the Aquilonians shortly before the fall of Venarium. (Conan of Venarium)
Dying Place of the Elephants:---a legend in the Blacklands, it is said the great, gray beasts go there to end their days. A fortune in ivory could be found there. This possibly refers to Dead Elephant Valley in Bamula Territory. (Conan and the Gods of the Mountains)
