The 1999 Iowa Youth Survey was administered in the fall of 1999 to students in 6th, 8th, and 11th grades throughout the state of Iowa. A total of 85,426 students from 329 school districts completed the survey. From Webster County, a total of 1038 students participated in the survey. The results of this survey are reported on a state and county basis. The survey included questions about student behaviors, attitudes and beliefs, and perceptions of their peers, family, school and community.
