Windows 95 and TCPMANWindows 95 replaces the "winsock.dll" file in the \windows directory with a new winsock file and renames the TCPMAN version of winsock.dll to winsock.old. TCPMAN needs its own version of winsock in order to run.
The Solution:
Move the file "winsock.old" to the \internet\tcpip directory and then rename it "winsock.dll". TCPMAN will find the file in this directory and use it.
Notes:
The winsock.old file should be about 141K in size. If it's not then you will need to delete the winsock.old file and reinstall the DodgeNet software. At this point there should be a winsock.old file that is about the right size.
