The Netscape version 1 browsers will not do frames or java. However, if you have a slower computer or 8MB of memory or less, version 1 will probably be much faster than the newer versions.

Windows 95 Browsers (32 bit applications)

These applications will not work with the 16 bit version of Trumpet Winsock (TCPMAN) that is distributed on the DodgeNet Installation disks. You must either configure Windows 95 to dial in and establish a PPP connection (instructions) or download the Windows 95 version of Trumpet Winsock.

*** If you wish to run 32 bit software in Windows 3.1 you must download and install the Win32s software provided by Microsoft. Many, but not all 32 bit applications are able to run under Win32s.
